TECHNICAL IMPLEMENTATION OF THE METHOD OF MEASUREMENT AND CALIBRATION OF SIGNAL DELAYS IN MODULATORS OF DVB-T2 TRANSMITTERS

The software technical implementation of the method of measuring and calibration of time delays in modulators of DVB-T2 transmitters is considered. It allows to ensure synchronous operation of SFN networks at various informational signal delays not only in modulators of transmitters but also in data transmission channels.

SYNTHESIS OF OPTIMAL PREEMPHASIS FINITE SIGNALS ON THE BASIS OF THE DESIRED REFERENCE

Using the variations calculus method, the problem of synthesis of optimal preemphasis finite signals for the fight against intersymbol interference in frequency-selective channels multiplexed telecommunication system is solved. The selected criterion of optimality allows to receive at the output channel undistorted signal pulses similar in form to the desired standard that can be
processed symbol-by-symbol using the simple matched filter without the involvement of the equalizer. The results of computational experiment confirming the good properties preemphasis finite signals are presented.

ORGANIZATION OF INFORMATION EXCHANGE IN GROUP

The problem of development of efficient information exchange system (IES), based on network interaction, for control of grouped unmanned aerial vehicles is considered. The basis of the IES is a fully mesh radio network, in which the exchange of information is realized according to the principle «everyone to everyone». The variants of structural and functional modification of a fully mesh radio network based on cluster approach with the priority redistribution of network transfer speed and information delivery probability, are proposed.

OPTIMUM TRACKING WIDEBAND SIGNALS DISPERSION DISTORTION COMPENSATOR

The algorithm of nonlinear optimum filtration of the slope of the dispersion characteristic of the ionospheric channel by means of broadband signal probing is proposed. Recurrent formulas for calculating the optimal estimation are given. The applicability limits of the proposed algorithm are investigated. The algorithm for joint estimation of dispersion distortions and their compensation is presented. Results of simulation modeling of the proposed algorithms are presented: the estimation and the true value of the frequency dispersion parameters for two cases — the Markov fading process and the process with random increments.

BLIND EQUALIZATION METHOD FOR HF IONOSPHERIC CHANNELS

The article is devoted to the development of blind equalization method for ionospheric HF channel. Blind equalizer uses only the received signal samples without the use of a test sequence. Therefore, transition data rate can be increased. The method of constructing an adaptive blind equalizer, based on optimizing the Kullback-Leibler divergence with quasi-Newton algorithm
in Riemannian space, is presented.

THE TACTILE INTERNET DATA TRANSMISSION

The structure of the tactile Internet data transmission system is considered. Within the framework of existing network models and protocol stacks, its individual elements are examined. Different approaches and methods for constructing tactile information transmission systems are proposed. Possible ways to use coding are listed taking into account the peculiarities of channel
formation and data transmission in tactile Internet.

THE POTENTIAL OF HF RADIO COMMUNICATION – TO CREATE A DIGITAL ECOSYSTEM OF RUSSIА

The urgency of application of HF-radio communication in the period of digital transformation is shown. The main directions of development of HF-radio communication, including in the areas of multiparameter adaptation, digital technologies, antenna systems are considered. Hardware-software and system engineering solutions of FSUE NIIR, which allow to improve parametric and functional characteristics of HF-radio communication, are presented.

The paper presents a compact multifunctional digital radar system built using the basic principles of designing and organizing the mass production of the «4 ++» generation. The structure of a compact multi-mode on-board radar system is considered, its main operating modes
and features of constructive construction are described. Preliminary results of the system operation in several modes are given.

The basic purpose of the communications industry and infocommunications is the reduction of communication’s space and time. Therefore, the development of the sector and its infrastructure is characterized by manifestations of out-of-the-industry efficiency. To measure the socio-economic efficiency of satellite communications infrastructure development a method of out-of-the-industry efficiency is proposed. It allows to obtain the quantitative expert estimates of saving of working hours of labour forces, employed in the production of goods and services, and leisure time of the population. Such savings are achieved with the use of perspective satellite communication services.

CALCULATION OF ANALOG AND ELECTRONIC CIRCUITS WITH APPROXIMATE CHARACTERISTICS BY MEANS OF BILATERAL AND STOCHASTIC METHODS

Solutions of stochastic problems in the theory of electric and electronic circuits by means of interval, two-sided and statistical methods, as well as numerical methods for solving the Fokker-Planck equation are considered. For comparative research of efficiency of the methods under consideration the solutions of problems of the theory of electric and electronic circuits with inaccurately specified and random parameters and characteristics are provided.
