The article is devoted to well-known communication networks problem- an avalanche-like increase in traffic accompanying emergency events occurrence. This problem is relevant for communication networks of all generations. It is proposed to reduce traffic outburst by using a new class of wireless sensor networks — sensor control networks (Recommendation ITU — T Y.2222), developed by the authors form FSUE NIIR. The calculations show that the use of sensor control networks may improve the stability of infocommunication system in case of vulnerabilities of various kinds, including congestion of public communication networks, by informing subscribers in the emergency area in a timely manner.

BIT RATE RISE IN FIBER-OPTIC TRANSFER SYSTEMS

Bit rate rise methods and facilities for the fiber-optic wavelength-division multiplex systems are being analyzed and estimated. Bit rate limits are being evaluated and bit rate assessment approach is being developed using the spectral – wave efficiency criterion (parameter). Multiplexing coefficients system is being built and analytical results for bit rate estimation are presented.

The paper presents methods for calculating power loss signal in spectral channels of optical transmission systems DWDM due to stimulated Raman scattering (SRS). In this article, the authors proposed to divide the external factors into two types: the influence of environmental conditions and factors as a result of human activity. Further separately dismantled for structural diagrams of the effect of environmental conditions consequences of their actions, and the impact factors due to human activities with their consequences. As a result, the assessment of integral impact, which is constructed using the theory of S — graphs on the basis of objective data monitoring and measurement of reliability parameters of fiber optic transmission lines. The result is a number of significant proposals for the protection of fiber optic cables from the influence of external factors.

ESTIMATION OF FEASIBLE EXPOSURE OF LIGHTNING GAMMA RAYS UPON OPTICAL FIBER CABLE

There is considering gamma-rays influence upon entirely dielectric optical fiber communications cables, that is arising during lightning strokes. When height rise quanta number in air increase strongly and at altitude about 2000 meters above sea level severe effects are enable for such cables. In this paper there are considering mechanism and numerical analysis of lightning influence consequences.

Described experimental results of broadcasting in the DRM standard in the VHF. Tests were conducted in St. Petersburg in 2015, the test broadcasting in this format in the Russian Federation was carried out for the first time. For stationary reception defined threshold values of the signal / noise ratio required for operation of the system in real conditions. The graphs of changes in signal parameters in the mobile reception mode for routes with different types of urban development. Studies have confirmed the compliance of the technical parameters of DRM (E mode) stated as standard values.

Influence of the quadrature compensator of narrow-band interfering signals, used at compensation of interfering signals in radio systems of transfer of digital information with a speed more than 10 Mbps, on quality of reception of QPSK-LH signal against white noise and signals of narrow-band interferences is analyzed in work.
