Synthesis of Nyquist finite signals matched with a telephone communication channel

The problem of synthesis of optimum signals on an input and an output of a telephone channel of communication in system of a digital telephony is solved. The synthesised signals do not call the intersymbol distortions by consecutive transmission of binary messages. This result can be used at designing of modern intellectual modems with the boosted efficiency and a noise stability. Key words: telephone channel, consecutive transmission, synthesised signals.

Studying the efficiency of linear precoding algorithms for MIMO systems

Usage of precoding algorithms with simple practical implementation for MIMO systems is studied. In the view of compromise between error probability and channel capacity the most effective algorithm is algorithm minimising mean squared error at the output of receiver. It is shown that liner precoding improves MIMO system performance when number of virtual subchannel less than number of antennas.
Key words: linear precoding, MIMO channel, optimal receiver.

Increasing the linearity and efficiency of power amplifiers for microwave broadband signals

The limiting possibilities of enhancement of power efficiency of the RF satellite communication power amplifier with AM/AM and AM/FM conversions are estimated, in consideration of restrictions on nonlinear distortion level at the expense of predistortion linearization of amplitude characteristics.
The computing model shows that the output power can be increased by 3 dB at the expense of the transition to a saturation mode with allowed nonlinear distortion level.
For the input QPSK signal with a pseudo-random data flow and leading edge smoothing by Nyquist filter, the outband radiation level caused by intermodulation distortion decreases by 17 dB at work near the effective saturation mode. Key words: AM/AM, AM/FM, amplitude, QPSK signal.

Subscriber data base build-up in case of mobile and fixed operators' integration

The development of high technologies in the field of information communications and increasing customer expectations in the services determine the optimization of network architecture of modern operating companies. There are examples of different approaches to optimize the architecture of technology solutions in the field of combining different forms of representation of profiles and features of subscriber databases. However, the questions of typification and scaling of solutions above remain open, particularly in the context of stable All IP trend and network convergence of fixed and mobile operators.
The current state of subscriber data management in telecommunications networks and scenarios of subscriber database combining according to different architectures are examined in this article.
Key words: User Data Repository — UDR, Front End -FE, Back Еnd — BE, User Data Convergence — UDC, IP Multimedia Subsystem — IMS, Application Logic — AL, Repository Access Function — RAF, Generic User Profile — GUP, Uniform Resource Identifier — URI.

Author represents his response to theme of 42-nd World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos: «The Great Transformation: Shaping New Models» and to Dmitry Medvedev’s statement made on research and practice conferention held in March 2012 in Moscow «Euroatlantic safety community: myth or reality» where key phrase is pointed out «For now it is myth and it should become reality». Base model of reaseach is evolution of noosphere — biosphere condition as a result of its principles and human mind interaction.
Key words: paradigm; noosphere protaction; nationalists; religions; UN (United Nations organization); human rights; society menaces; civilization menaces; electrical communication.

Longitudinal electromagnetic radiation’s influence on managing biological processes

In this paper the transferring mechanism of biological tissues is described, longitudinal electromagnetic field is the main carrier of information in this transfer. Also the information properties of the water environment of cells, in which longitudinally «floating» plasmoid moves, are noted. Under the external and internal influences the communication mechanism changes due to changes of the work mechanism of DNA under the influence of dipolar molecules of new water clusters. Thus, the human body can be represented as a complex system of interconnected energy-channels. Key words: cluster, DNA, longitudinal electromagnetic waves, plasmoid, the cell membrane.
