R.S. Averianov, LLC «NXTT», director of productive activity; ars@nxtt.org
A.O. Shorin, LLC «NXTT», technical director; as@nxtt.org

The influence of the velocity of subscribers on the performance of cellular networks LTE and McWILL was analyzed. The speeds, to which LTE and McWILL configured in the best way, were found. It is shown that these speeds will vary depending on the frequency range. It is established that in cases with subscriber’s speeds over 35 m/s, in the 2600 MHz band, the performance of the LTE network can drop by 22%. Network McWILL has a higher stability, since it uses the basic ranges 340, 420 and 1800 MHz, in which the subscribers mobility has a less noticeable influence.
Keywords: LTE, McWILL System, OFDM, Doppler effect, size of the OFDM ensemble.

О.A. Shorin, LLC «NXTT», general director, professor, Dr.Sci. (Tech.); oshorin@gmail.com
G.O. Bokk, LLC «NXTT», science director, Dr.Sci. (Tech.); bokkg@yandex.ru

Observed severe consequences for broadband trunking communication from the use of spectrum allocation methods, constructed only on the basis of a frequency selection. The article describes the technology of frequency-territorial-angular diversity to ensure EMC between the networks McWILL-1800 and LTE-1800. In article proposed the method for assessing the growth of design complexity when demands to provide EMS. For network McWILL-1800 it showed that the complexity will increase by no more than 1,5 times.
Keywords: mobile communication network, propagation model, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), 1800 MHz band, LTE, McWILL System.

S.V. Suhatskiy, JSC «NRTB», deputy head of experimental research department; suhatskiy@nrtb.ru

Examines the level of out-of-band and spurious emissions for the transmitters of a standard base stations (BS) of the networks LTE and McWILL. For the measuring stand we developed an improved measurement method which provides precision up to the levels of -95 dBc. It has been shown, that the standard equipment of BS LTE and McWILL provides the level of out-of-band and spurious radiation from 3 to 7 dB lower than level setting in the 3GPP recommendations.
Keywords: LTE, McWILL System, out-of-band emission, spurious emission, EMC, measuring stand.

R.S. Averianov, LLC «NXTT», director of productive activity; ars@nxtt.org
A.O. Shorin, LLC «NXTT», technical director; as@nxtt.org

A comparative analysis of the capacity of LTE networks and McWILL for the speech transmission and short messages exchange was performed. Found that the VoIP techniques, which uses in the LTE, resulting in substantial losses. The McWILL networks for voice exchange is used a specialized Protocol. Because of this network McWILL superior to networks LTE in 1,7−3,4 times (in terms of the number of voice channels per unit bandwidth), depending on working conditions.

O.A. Shorin, LCC «NXTT», general director, professor, Dr.Sci.(Tech.); oshorin@gmail.com
G.O. Bokk, LCC «NXTT», director of science, Dr.Sci.(Tech.); bokkg@yandex.ru

The analysis of the impact of size of resource block (RB) of the OFDM signal on the performance of 4G networks was performed. For the digital exchange was proposed the method and the performance indicator, which allows to consider the effect of the RB size on the data transmission speed and the probability of congestion (GoS). Established that the size of discrete portion of the resource 2RB, which is used for resource allocation in LTE, is too great. This can lead to the loss of the radio channel performance and to the growth of the GoS. In McWILL the size of discrete portion of the resource is set with accuracy up to 1/8RB. It is shown that in this case the loss of performance no occurs.
Keywords: OFDM, resource block, McWILL system, LTE, GoS, markov process.

A.A.Volkov, Moscow State University of Railway Engineering (MIIT), professor, Dr.Sci.(Tech.); aavolkov2009@rambler.ru
M.S. Morozov, MIIT, postgraduate student; raconteurs.mm@gmail.com

The absolute phase shift keying (PSK) to 180° while providing the best possible radio interference immunity, but in practice is not used due to the reverse operation of the coherent detector (CD) of its signals. The paper shows that this inverse operation CD is not removable, in principle, if the reference oscillation for CD is formed by the input signal with absolute PSK at 180°. This article provides a method to eliminate in principle the reverse operation CD such a signal, the novelty of which is confirmed by patents for invention and utility model.
Keywords: signal, the absolute phase shift keying to 180°, the reference oscillation, coherent detection, quad, multiplier, filters, harmonics, frequency divider, a frequency demodulator, trigger.
