Tasks of support with communication of technological processes of traffic safety are always solved in transport branch. Recently requirements to the volume of services on transport grow (services for passengers, transport logistics of loads, an individual transport and so forth). These problems can’t be satisfied within traditional technological communication systems because the separate network shall be selected for service of users. In this paper tendencies of development of communication networks in transport branch are considered. The conclusion is drawn on need of development of the uniform technical and technological policy providing interaction of separate segments of networks and networks of different transport systems with each other.

S.V. Porshnev, Ural Federal University (UrFU), Head of department, Dr.Sci. (Tech.), professor; sergey_porshnev@mail.ru
D.A. Bozhalkin, UrFU, post-graduate student; bozhalkin@mail.ru

The results of the analysis of a high-speed backbone network traffic dumps are analyzed. Estimates of the functions' parameters that approximate the distribution of number of packets transmitted in the backbone internet channel for three groups of users are obtained. The effect of the aggregation window size on the distribution parameters is observed. It was found that one of the parameters of the distribution doesn’t have the property of scale invariance, which allows to put into question the validity of the hypothesis of self-similarity of traffic in the backbone Internet channel.

The paper deals with the electromagnetic compatibility between the 4th-generation LTE (FDD, TDD) systems and McWill system. It has been determined that intermodulation products constitute the main source of out-of-band emission. Several options are proposed to ensure the electromagnetic compatibility of 4th-generation networks. Some band-filtering techniques are proposed that make it possible to reduce the guard band between LTE systems down to 1,4 MHz Taking into account certain specific feature of the McWill technology, we have considered various combinations of electromagnetic influence on system’s elements and ways to suppress the interference impact by applying a spatial diversity and by adjusting the directional antenna pattern. It has been shown that the co-existence of the systems should be possible with a guard band of 2,5 MHz and corresponding conditions have been identified. Enhancement of systems' noise immunity has been calculated for the case where the space-time processing of signals has been implemented in base-station antenna systems used in the McWill network and has made it possible to suppress directional interferences from other networks in a unique way.
