High-performance optimal synchronization slaves with phase locking in information networks

The problems of synchronization networks construction of information networks and infrastructures are considered. The mathematical models of slave synchronization devices (SSD) with phase auto tuning of frequency are made. The basic theorems optimum on speed periodic on phase coordinate of managing influences are proved. The analyses and synthesis optimum on speed of periodic managements SSD is executed. The results of laboratory and natural researches developed SSD on information networks of Ukraine are given.
Time signals transfer using public telecommunication network

In this paper the public telecommunication network as an implementation basis of the time transfer is considered. Various transfer method and performance of relevant software and hardware designed in Russia and other countries are discussed. The factors which effect on the transfer accuracy such as an engineering, climatic etc. considered in detail. The organization problems are affected and relevant recommendations are given.

Measurements setup for a network timing system in operation
Method of base stations’ placement in IEEE 802.16-2004 networks

At creation of wireless broadband network, large number interconnected problems are emerges, one of which is optimal placement of base stations. The solution of this problem leads to financial benefit both for operator creating similar networks and for the customers connected to the created network. The problem of the optimal base stations placement, formulated in terms of integer-number programming, has many different ways of solution. However, they lose their effectiveness by increasing the dimension of the problem because this problem has the NP-hard characteristics. On base analysis of researches, devoting placement of facility, it is possible to replace the traditional methods of solution by the modern optimization approach – ant colony optimization metaheuristic. In paper demonstration of ant colony algorithm process work is describe, confirming the suppositions that ant algorithms can be applied to the problem of the optimal placing of base stations. For possibility of the solution abovementioned problem of different dimension the corresponding software has been created. Perspective direction of the future researches is use of parallel implementation and local search schemes.
Studing, modeling and optimizing a microwave step-like elliptical filter with central round section conductors

The analysis, modeling and optimization of the microwave step-like elliptical filter with central conductor of the round section are presented. The possibility question of the using modern software HFSS for analysis of elliptical filter is considered. The results of modeling are compared to experimental data. The electrical characteristics of elliptical filter are calculated: attenuation, AFC, VSWRInput / Output, PFC, group delay, distributions of the electric field and density current on resonator.

Statistical analysis of wideband power amplifiers’ operation in mismatched load mode
A technique for calculation of possibility of power realization in a wideband power amplifier load exceeding the given level, while operating at a given value of travelling wave coefficitnt, is proposed.

Audio signals’ compression based on interaudioframe processing and pseudoimages

In article the analysis of methods of compression of sound signals on the basis of transformation and parametrical coding, their advantages, disadvantages and spheres of usage are carried out. For increase of efficiency of compression of broadband broadcasting audio signals are offered methods used at compression of streaming video on the basis of formation difference and representation of audio readouts in the form of pseudo-images.
