Characteristics of modern wireless mesh networks when they are used in the absence of infrastructure are analyzed. A brief overview of named-data networking (NDN) is provided. Two models of wireless mesh networks with mobile network elements based on TCP/IP and NDN network architectures have been developed. A series of experiments, which allowed to analyze the effectiveness of different network level organizations under variable conditions, is conducted. Conclusions about the potential of NDN technology in wireless mesh networks are drawn.

ANALYSIS OF THE mmWAVE MESH NETWORKS PERFORMANCE IN DYNAMIC BLOCKAGE CONDITIONS

  • R.Ya. Pirmagomedov, SPbSUT, department of telecommunication networks and data transmission, associate professor, Ph.D., prya.spb@gmail.com;
  • D.A. Moltchanov, RUDN University, department of applied informatics and probability theory, associate professor, Ph.D., moltchanov.dmitri@gmail.com;
  • Y.A. Koucheryavy, HSE University, School of business informatic, professor, Dr.Sci.(Tech), ykoucheryavy@hse.ru.

Keywords: millimeter waves, 5G, mesh networks, mobile networks.

The characteristics of millimeter-wave (mmWave) indoor mesh networks are analyzed. Simulated network models that take into account the presence of dynamic locks of varying intensity and duration are developed. Numerical results indicate that multi-connectivity among the mesh network users allows a significant improvement of sessions continuity. It is shown that the increase in mean throughput per user is minor. This distinguishes the scenario from cases of using such outdoor networks.

RESEARCH OF INFORMATION FLOW OF CITIZENS' APPEALS ON THE BASIS OF WORKFLOW

  • N.B. Bakanova, Keldysh Institute of Applied Mathematics (Russian Academy of Sciences), leading researcher, associate professor, Dr.Sci.(Tech.), nina@keldysh.ru.

Keywords: information systems, information flow «citizens' appeals», workflow analysis, support management activities.

The article considers the possibility of creating software for analyzing the results of processing one of the documents of workflow, which is called «citizens' appeals» in document management systems.

VISUALIZATION TECHNIQUE OF BIG DATA IN INFORMATION SECURITY SYSTEMS FOR VULNERABILITY REPORT GENERATION

Keywords: big data, visualization, data processing model, distributed information systems, information security.

This article discusses the principles of working with big data in distributed information systems to ensure security. A model for big data processing is given, and methods to add visualization as an additional way to control the learning of a distributed system are suggested. The process of collecting big data using probability functions is described. An example of storing the collection results graphically is given.

SIGNAL SELECTIVITY MAXIMIZING IN A RADIO RECEIVER

Keywords: receiver selectivity, mirror channel, adjacent channel, intermediate frequency, wideband phase shifter by 90°, RC-chains, CR-chains, non-linear element, phase error.

It is presented a phase preselector receiver, combined with frequency converter, which allows to maximize the selectivity of the adjacent and image channels.

ESTIMATION OF THE MAXIMUM POSSIBLE NUMBER OF INFORMATION SYMBOLS IN THE ERROR-CORRECTING BLOCK CODE WITH dmin = 2, 3 and 4

  • A.S. Adzhemov, Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics (MTUCI), president-chairman of the Board of Trustees, professor, Dr.Sci.(Tech.), asa@mtuci.ru;
  • S.A Adzhemov, NVision Group, head of a department, SAdzhemov@nvg.ru.

Keywords: allowed and forbidden code combinations, minimum code distance, code combination weight.

Since in modern info-communications all types of messages (signals) are represented in digital and, as a rule, binary form, it is very important to understand the properties and features of these seemingly very simple binary sequences (code combinations). For this purpose, exact analytical expressions are derived to obtain the number of code combinations for a given minimum code distance and code combination length. Potentially achievable exact bounds are given for a minimum code distance of 2, 3, and 4, in comparison with the well-known upper Hamming bound.

ADDITION OF THE THEORY OF STATISTICAL MODULATION OF A QUASI-DETERMINISTIC SIGNAL WITH TIKHONOV DISTRIBUTION

  • Yu.M. Veshkurtsev, Institute of radio electronics, service and diagnostic (Omsk), president, head of the department of monitoring and measurement, professor, Dr.Sci.(Tech.), vym1940@mail.ru.

Keywords: statistical modulation, characteristic function, law of Tikhonov, modem, noise immunity, signal-noise ratio.

A new method of signal modulation assuming modulation of the characteristic function of the quasi-deterministic signal is considered. The work continues the earlier study of the signal distribution according to the law of Tikhonov, a famous Russian scientist. The structure of a new generation modem designed to receive a quasi-deterministic signal is described. The noise immunity of the modem in the channel with noise is estimated. It is theoretically established that the error probability of the proposed modem is at least three orders of magnitude less than the known device for receiving signals with ideal phase modulation. The new modem has a high noise immunity when operating with weak signals when the signal/noise ratio is less than 13 dB.

NEURAL NETWORK CLASSIFIER OF ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT MODULES

  • A.S. Kuznetsov, Moscow Aviation Institute (MAI), department of design, technology, and production of electronic equipment, postgraduate, askuznetsov.gmp@gmail.com;
  • S.N. Kuznetsov, MAI, department of design, technology and production of electronic equipment, associate professor, Ph.D., serghei-k@mail.ru;
  • M.N. Ushkar, MAI, head of the department of design, technology, and production of electronic equipment, professor, Dr.Sci.(Tech.), ushkarm@mail.ru.

Keywords: neural network classifier, multilayer perceptron, high availability modules, perceptron training, database.

A neural network classifier, which includes a multilayer perceptron with a universal number of input signals is considered. A structural diagram of a multilayer perceptron, which distributes modules into three classes is presented. It is shown that the classifier allows for parametric classification to select modules that meet the requirements of the facility design criteria document. It is noted that to reduce the time spent on training the perceptron, it is advisable to automate this process by integrating the perceptron into the database.

Cyclostationary properties of unintentional electromagnetic radiation measured by magnetic field probes in the near-field of printed circuit boards are investigated. Experimental results for distributed cyclostationary sources separation on the surface of a printed circuit board are presented. The advantage of periodic cross-covariance function for cyclostationary sources separation is demonstrated.
