THE FUTURE SHAPE OF THE UNIFIED TELECOMMUNICATION NETWORK OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

It is shown that telecommunication networks which are part of the Unified telecommunication network of the Russian Federation in the conditions of digital transformation will develop in the direction of increasing the network intelligence, increasing network capacity, providing services of new content and quality. Telecom operators intend to optimize their costs for the development of network infrastructure and the implementation of new services through the implementation of new telecommunications and information technologies. In the article, the principles of creating networks that form Unified telecommunication network of the Russian Federation are discussed.

COMBINATION OF TRANSPORT PROTOCOLS AND SWITCHING PRINCIPLES AT THE BACKBONE LEVEL OF THE NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE OF THE DIGITAL ECONOMY

The article discusses the construction of a promising backbone transport network (backbone), on the basis of which the backbone level of the network infrastructure of the digital economy is built. The analysis of the existing MPLS technology indicates its disadvantages, which do not allow using it as a packet transport of service networks. Some new packet transport technologies are presented. Among them MPLS-TP technology was chosen for further use with the organization of switched two-way channels with client traffic. It allowed to carry out the management and monitoring of the network in the «point-to-point» mode. The article provides a list of the main advantages of this technology, including the possibility of direct transfer of MPLS-TP channels in containers of the optical transport network.

It is shown that digital transformation of the economy, tendencies of transition to the provision of digital services within virtualized distributed environments have created the need for standardized approaches for development and provision the end-to-end construction and management of the infrastructure of the digital economy and services. International recommendations, standards and other technical and methodological documents that help developers of digital economy infrastructure to solve these problems are considered.

FEATURES OF USING D2D COMMUNICATION AT VARIOUS SUBSCRIBER DENSITIES

The issues of ensuring and use of D2D communications, taking into account the density of subscriber devices, which are potential sources of interference are considered. The model for estimating the power of the interference signal at the receiving point on the basis of IEEE 802.11 family standards is constructed. It is shown that at the lower density of subscriber devices, D2D's capabilities significantly increase in terms of providing quality of service and communication range. The proposed analytical models can be used to estimate the level of interference at the known density of subscribers and the intensity of the load.

MOLECULAR NANONETWORKS. COLLECTING INFORMATION FROM THE NANOWORLD

The article deals with issues related to new methods for collecting and analyzing data on the surrounding world: the principle of operation and methods of using portable infrared microspectrometers as an integral part of a public telecommunication network. The example of
work with a microspectrometer and its performance characteristics are given. The interception and analysis of traffic generated during the operation of the microspectrometer are performed. It is noted that such devices can be positioned as a means of providing molecular analysis on the Internet and considered as an element of the access network.

THE METHOD OF IEEE 802.11ac COMMUNICATION CHANNEL ADJUSTMENT FOR SUSTAINABLE DATA TRANSMISSION UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ULTRASHORT ELECTROMAGNETIC PULSES

The analysis of data frame transmission via the IEEE 802.11ac standard wireless channel under the influence of ultra-short electromagnetic pulses with different variations of channel parameters, amplitude, and frequency of the pulse interferences, and modulation schemes is carried out. The method for selecting parameters of the transmitted data frame by the Internet of Things devices (IEEE 802.11ac standard) depending on the degree of influence of ultra-short electromagnetic pulses is considered. The results of simulation and fullscale experiment that confirm the effectiveness of the proposed method when dealing with interference from ultra-short electromagnetic pulses are presented.

The hardware-software complex based on the unmanned aerial vehicle, created in FSUE Branch NIIR-SONIIR for measuring the characteristics of antenna arrays during their design and testing, is presented. The description of the complex and methods of measurements are given. The example of the complex application for experimental studies of the antenna array of VHF/UHF radio monitoring system is considered.

COMBINATION TECHNIQUE FOR ESTIMATION OF SIGNAL ATTENUATION ON GROUND SURFACE PROPAGATION PATHS

The new method of estimation of radio signal attenuation on ground surface paths is developed. The known methods of calculating the attenuation on various paths are considered. The numerical experiment is executed for specifying the areas of applicability of these methods. The universal combination technique based on the additive combination of previously described techniques is proposed.

ANTENNA SELECTION CRITERIA IN MIMO SYSTEMS

It is shown that antenna selection technique allows keeping advantages of communication systems with MIMO antennas (Multiple-Input Multiple-Output), while providing a noticeable decrease in hardware and computing complexity and cost of their implementation at the simultaneous noise immunity gain. The statement of the problem of antenna selection and the choice of the criterion used in antenna selection algorithms in MIMO systems is given. On the basis of comparison of the known criteria of the creation of antenna selection algorithms in MIMO systems with new optimality criterion the conclusion is drawn on his noticeable advantage in noise immunity.

ESTIMATION OF THE NUMBER AND ANGULAR COORDINATES OF RADIO-FREQUENCY RADIATION SOURCES ON THE BASIS OF SPACE-TIME SAMPLE

The problem of estimating the number and angular coordinates of radio emission sources from the spacetime sample at the output of the antenna array is considered. The description of the multi-step procedure for solving the problem under consideration is given. Results of statistical modeling are presented.
