The analysis of the benefits of using Digital Object Architecture (DOA) as an identification platform in modern telecommunication networks has been carried out. An identification system model based on DOA is proposed. This approach will ensure an acceptable quality of service in the general architecture of existing today public communication networks. To this end, a new interaction architecture was developed by introducing the Middle Handle Register (MHR) between the Global Handle Register (GHR) and the Local Handle Register (LHR). A numerical analysis based on the proposed mathematical model was performed. As a result, it is shown that the proposed system provides higher performance in terms of network latency due to the reduced distance between LHR servers, which is achieved by deploying intermediate level processing registers MHR.

The possibility of controller cluster-based load balancing model in software-defined networks (SDN) is considered. Is also proposed an algorithm of load distribution between SDN controllers. The network is modeled as a queuing system to highlight the processes occurring in the SDN.

THE RESEARCH OF THE EFFICIENCY OF OFDMSIGNALS CLIPPING

The influence of the clipping level, chosen for reduction of the peak factor, on the quality of OFDMsignals receiving in information transmission systems with power amplifier having a limitation on the linear amplification section is investigated. The imitation model of the OFDM-signal transmission system with binary phase shift keying on 32 subcarriers is presented. The model allows to set arbitrary levels of clipping. On the basis of this model the potential noise immunity of the clipped OFDM-signal is estimated. Recommendations about the method of choosing the optimal level of signal clipping in order to achieve the maximum noise immunity are given.

SYNTHESIS OF THE EQUIVALENT VIRTUAL MIMO CHANNEL MATRIX FOR LARGE SCALE SPACE-TIME CODES

The development of multi-antenna MIMO systems for receiving and transmitting information in mobile neworks of new standards requires new approaches to use of the space-time codes (STC). Space-time BLAST codes are inferior to codes which use information transfer for several time steps. For the analysis of such STCs equivalent virtual MIMO channel matrixes (EVCM) are used. Unfortunately, for large scale STCs the construction of corresponding EVCM matrices requires cumbersome computations. The analytical method for synthesizing the EVCM for STC of arbitrary dimension is proposed.

The high-speed satellite communication system of Ka/Q-frequency bands is considered. In such systems, the extremely important problem is the efficient use of the frequency energy resource of central earth stations and onboard relay complexes. It is shown that the effective use of the frequency-energy resource can be reached by its distribution. The technique of the frequency-energy resource allocation is proposed. The results of the implementation of the technique in applied problems connected with the planning of satellite communication are presented.

COGNITIVE RADIO TECHNOLOGY FOR GEOSTATIONARY SATELLITE SYSTEMS

The lack of accessible parts of the orbital-frequency resource (OFR) significantly complicates the development of geostationary satellite systems (GSS). To ensure the operation of the GSSs it is proposed to use the cognitive radio technology. The algorithm of implementation of this technology is developed. The algorithm provides an a priori determination of restrictions on the operation of a new system by existing GSSs, radio monitoring of the actual use of OFR, adaptive selection of available frequencies for a new system.

EVALUATION OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS FOR ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY
The paper raises the question of the need and method of evaluating the effectiveness of technical solutions used in technical means and systems to achieve electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). Existing approaches to performance evaluation are considered, on the basis of their analysis, a set of criteria, applicable to the problem of providing EMC and ranked by importance at the stage of implementation and operation of technical means, are proposed.

Modern methods of oscillation frequency control in frequency generating equipment have a number of unavoidable shortcomings, which hinder the development of information and communication equipment. It is shown that the problem can possibly be solved with new hardware components based on a semi-reflective Fourier hologram. A variant of a circuit design implementing the holographic automatic frequency control (AFC) system ispresented. It is shown that the increase in the sensitivity and accuracy of the holographic AFC system is providedby amplifying effect of a thin collecting lens used in the optical scheme.
