Abstract. The article considers the main causes of the attenuation of laser radiation intensity in the atmosphere due to absorption, molecular and aerosol scattering, and, as a consequence, the quality of the quantum communication channel in a turbulent atmosphere. The proposed mathematical model enables the prediction of the possible distribution of radiation intensity at the receiver due to atmospheric turbulence. The importance of these effects for the development of atmospheric phenomena models and forecasting the distribution of radiation intensity at the receiver, as well as the need to create adaptive methods for modeling the interaction of optical radiation with a turbulent atmosphere, is emphasized.
Keywords: atmospheric turbulence, vortex structure, optical communication, free space communication, intensity distribution at the receiver.

Abstract. The paper studies the algorithm of joint precoding and antenna selection using the CDL-B and CDL-E channel models described in the 3GPP TS 38.901 specification. An imperfect CSI (Channel State Information) is used both on the receiving and transmitting sides. Proposed algorithms demonstrates throughput/SNR performance improvement for transmit ting data from Base Station to User Equipment (PDSCH, Physical Downlink Shared Channel) taking into account the base station output power reduction proportional to the number of antennas switched off. Increased energy efficiency of the base station validated both when using an eight-channel TDD radio module (8T8R TDD LTE/NR) and active antennas with channels (16T16R TDD/NR).
Keywords: LTE, NR, precoding, antenna selection, reduced channel matrix.

Abstract. The paper proposes a method of multiple access based on code division using non-binary sequences of maximum length. In combination with phase manipulation, this approach allows increasing the efficiency of the data transmission system by increasing the specific speed of information transfer in each communication channel. The peculiarity of the proposed model of the signal system with channel division by code is the formation of multi-position equidistant non-orthogonal signals based on non-binary sequences of maximum length with the possibility of their separation in receiving devices due to compensation for non-orthogonality interference.

Abstract. In this paper, the problem of ensuring the performance of network connections for transmitting multiservice communication traffic is discussed, taking into account various requirements for network resources. A network connection performance model is considered, containing a set of performance indicators reflecting the influence of the communication network architecture, the operating features of network equipment, and types of service. It is shown that monitoring of performance indicators is an integral part of ensuring the quality of services, and the use of a threshold model in monitoring allows for the implementation of an integrated approach to monitoring indicators that most reliably reflect the quality of service. It is proposed to use the VECTOR-2019 measuring complex for measuring and remotely monitoring network performance indicators in a packet network.

Abstract. A method for optimizing fog clusters has been developed. The goal is to analyze clustering algorithms in fog computing networks. As a result of the study, the DBSCAN clustering algorithm is proposed for fog computing. The properties of density-based clustering algorithms within fog computing architectures are identified. An assessment of network stability within clusters formed by the DBSCAN algorithm has been conducted. The obtained results differ from known approaches by their applicability in spaces with any geometry, which allows for the identification of dense network fragments while discarding isolated nodes. The results can be applied in the development of fog-based Internet of Things (IoT) devices, whether deployed on mobile or stationary platforms, with significant or limited computing resources, and with functions that may or may not change during service delivery.

Abstract. The article is devoted to the study of algorithms for adaptive beamforming of an eight-element smart antenna of the “Crown” type used in McWiLL communication systems in the 300-400 MHz range. Based on the analysis results, an improved algorithm for adaptive beamforming is proposed, which provides interference suppression while maintaining gain in the user direction. This solution is implemented exclusively by software, without changes in the antenna-feeder part, which ensures its practical applicability for upgrading the existing infrastructure.

Abstract. The article presents the results of a comparative analysis of current and alternative series of preferred values for resistors and capacitors at the qualitative research level. The degrees of uniform distribution of denominations and the density of distribution of elements in each row of preferred values are estimated. After checking the tolerances for deviations from the nominal values of the elements in each row of preferred values for resistors and capacitors, a comparative analysis of the base series of the current and alternative series was carried out, the results of which allowed us to give preference in terms of quality in choosing a series using the denominators of geometric progressions associated with the number 2, which helps to increase the maintainability of telecommunication products, and in the long term this will make it possible to more effectively solve the problem of import substitution in radio electronics and electrical engineering.

Abstract. This paper addresses the problem of latency minimization in hybrid satellite-terrestrial communication networks, taking into account the specific characteristics of geostationary satellites. We propose an integrated approach based on the combination of a traffic classification and bandwidth allocation simulator built with the SimPy framework and a practical implementation of a lossless compression algorithm based on space-time graph neural networks (ST-GNN). The evaluation, conducted using real traffic streams, covered the reduction of propagation, queuing, compression, and transmission delays. The results demonstrate a synergistic effect of combining intelligent scheduling and graph-based compression.
