The analysis of probabilistic characteristics of mobile user service, when watching streaming video while dynamically switching between GHz and THz wireless networks, is performed. The network model with a single long-range GHz wireless access point (AP) and several low-range THz APs is considered. For the described model, the major service characteristics for mobile users constantly watching video streams are derived. It is shown that the use of even a small number of THz APs can significantly offload the GHz AP from the video traffic.
