Comparison of various technologies of narrow users data networks in aspect of providing information security from unauthorized access threats

It is offered the mathematical apparatus for the comparative analysis of security from considered threats of unauthorized access in technological and other networks of data transmission with high requirements of information security. The example for an illustration of use of this method for comparison of seven technologies of a network is given.

Analysis of SIP network vulnerability to fraud threats

The article presents an analysis of information security risk during implementation some threats of fraud. Corresponding algorithms of malicious attacks and methods of protection against them have been proposed. The results were obtained with help of tests which were conducted on a stand one of telecommunication operators of Russian Federation.

Ultra-wideband signals' multichannel detection with unknown parameters

The article deals with approaches to solution of a problem concerning ultra-wideband signals' multichannel detection with unknown parameters. The results of the algorithms synthesis for signals' detection against background noises are presented. Performance characteristics of the developed algorithms are designed in the Matlab environment.

Analysis of aeronautical telecommunication network' current state and evolution trends

In this paper analysis of Aeronautical Telecommunication Network current state and evolution trends are presented. Protocols stack used by renewed system ACARS and also protocols stack transfer for ATN/OSI are illustrated. Noted, that the smooth transition from ATN/OSI and ACARS protocol stacks towards the new ATN/IРS protocol stack originates now. The Main Phases of implementation of the new communication modes are listed in this paper.

VDL-2 VNF communication system’s introduction possibility for implementation of TIS-C concept

In this paper state and tendencies analysis of VDL-2 VHF communication system implementation is presented. VDL-2 considered as service executor for CPDLC (Controller-Pilot Data Link Communications) and ASAS (Airborne Separation Assurance System) applications. Validation of available and ready to using technology will make general concept more inexpensive and will help to accelerate of ASAS operational using.

Energetic change of water state irradiated by E-type longitudinal electromagnetic waves

In this paper the mechanism of stimulation of the structuring of water is considered, that is the cluster formation, under the influence of longitudinal electromagnetic waves. Experiments show a change in the value of the reflected radiation under the influence of constant power radiation. These studies are perspective for solving the problems of energy.

Increase of data transmission speed in UMTS/HSPA+ networks on the basis of intrasystem interference minimization

Aggregation of bearing frequencies in systems of cellular communication of UMTS/HSPA+ can be used not only for expansion of the general strip of transfer, but also in interests of decrease of level of intra-system interference from adjacent honeycombs of network. Minimization of level of such interference is possible at the expense of non-standard frequency planning at which in each sector of a base station bearing frequencies with different face values are aggregated. On borders of adjacent honeycombs this distinction of frequencies allows to reduce interference. In article the essence of such planning is explained, the theory and methods of decrease in intra-system interference from adjacent honeycombs are described.

Time-frequency synchronization establishment in multifrequency HF data transmission systems

This paper addresses the algorithms of frequency and timing synchronization for adaptive HF data transmission systems employing OFDM signals with DPSK. The distinguishing feature of these algorithms is the fact that they allow operating signals — based synchronization without time-frequency and test signals.
