The new promising Universal Filtered Multi-Carrier (UFMC) technology for future 5G mobile networks is considered. The technology is compared with OFDM technology used in 4G networks, and its effectiveness is analyzed. The disadvantage of OFDM technology is the need of use of a cyclic prefix, which reduces data transmission rate. The UFMC technology allows to refuse a cyclic prefix, and thereby a spectral efficiency of mobile network can be increased in comparison with OFDM technology. Also, UFMC technology is less sensitive to estimation errors of frequency and time shifts.
Keywords: UFMC, OFDM, FBMC, spectral efficiency.

The MIMO communication system based on the use of redundant spatial encoding, performed by cyclic enumeration of transmission channels, is presented. For this system it is proposed to write a mathematical model of one-dimensional MIMO channel in the form of multidimensional SIMO channel. The conditions of blind channel identifiability for this model are formulated. For blind identification of the multi-dimensional SIMO channel it is proposed to use the cross-relations method in polynomial interpretation.

The paper considers a new schematic design of sawtooth voltage generator for two-cycle PWM modulators of pulsed secondary power supplies. It is proposed to generate a PWM signal proportional to the current of the feedback loop, which changes the angle of the sawtooth
voltage on the capacitor. The duration of the PWM signal is determined by the slew rate of the sawtooth until the reference voltage is reached. The results of the simulation showed a reduction in the recovery time of the saw to the value, determined by key speed, and an increase in the linearity of the sawtooth voltage due to stability of the capacitor charging current.

Over the past century the social obligations of states, political and economic systems have completely changed. Now we have new medical techniques, technical and organizational solutions. This means that it is not enough just modernization of old healthcare. We must create new health systems based on new technologies and ways of management that appropriate to modern conditions.
