A testing method has been developed that provides the optimal range of measurement parameters, required to detect latent defects of the developing device. IC chip voltage converter was tested by automated measuring equipment. This testing method allows to keep a high yield with decrease of topological size and complexity of products, as well as to save production startup time due to pre-debugging and optimization of technology processes and structures.

In this paper a 2D parametric identification algorithm of stochastic electromagnetic interference sources based on near-field measurements is presented. The characterization of the registered stochastic time domain field distribution was implemented by evaluating the autocorrelation and cross-correlation spectra for frequencies of clock harmonics, used for the synchronization of electronic device and information transmitting through the interfaces. The experimental data was processed with proposed parametric identification procedure for a spatial localization of equivalent dipoles and effective sources on the surface of the radiating structure.

The radar tracking of aircraft are discussed. Multiple model filters application is proved. The basic attention is given a choice of models of movement. Three basic types of horizontal movement of civil aircraft and their parameters are defined. The approach to construction of the simplified multiple model filters is offered. Results of comparative simulation of the multiple model algorithms are presented.

This paper deals with the problem of reducing computational cost for the one-stage estimator for distributed passive position location radar system. The result is achieved by using grid optimization technique rather than conventional gradient-based global optimization techniques. According to the structure of the target function, the sufficient condition for minimal step size is formulated and three spatial sampling approaches were proposed: a homogeneous step, a non- homogeneous step and an adaptive step. The comparison of computational cost and abnormal error rate for these approaches are also investigated in the paper.

Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation issued in 2016 regulatory acts that allows building mobile networks of LTE standard. These networks can provide voice services and use the numbering of the public telephone network. In this paper, we analyze particularities of LTE network design using IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS). We show that the new design methods allow substantial savings on the core network building.

New triad-cluster method (TCM) of analysis and simulation of random antennas (RA) is designed to solve the external tasks of the statistical antenna theory (SAT) by means of the statistical simulation method (SSM) and Monte Carlo method (MCM). The use of TCM is illustrated by the study of excitation conditions aperture random antenna as a series of rectangular apertures modeling window in the room. The solution to this task is necessary for design a system to protect confidential information for commercial purposes leaking in the external environment through the aperture random antenna through channels of electromagnetic fields (EMF).
