CORPORATE USER MARKET AND MCWILL WIDEBAND MOBILE ACCESS TECHNOLOGY

Analysis was carried out of the status and the development potential for the most informational closed market of professional mobile communications (PMR) and for the corporate mobile communication market closely related to the former. It was concluded that the potential of the market was considerably high but, at the same time, could not be used by applying the technologies that are operated at present. It was shown how advancing the McWILL standard developed on the basis of TD-SCDMA and included in the ITU. Recommendations would solve technical and commercial problems of Russian corporate and departmental users in getting access to PMR services.

CIRCLE ANTENNA SIZE TUNING WITH ADAPTIVE RULE OF SPATIAL USERS CLASTERS OPTIMIZATION FOR MСWILL NETWORK

A parametrical model, that adaptive antenna array and adaptive radio channel resource special distributing algorithms  describes  on  common  position,  for  McWILL Base Station are proposed. On it base composite parametrical criterion is offered. This criterion permits to determine in quantity the best characteristics for antenna array and for radio resource spatial distribution adaptive algorithm. Achieving advantages for such antennas and adaptive algorithms combinations are obtained. These advantages show significant higher rate over widespread in radio networks fixed three-sectors site structure.

EQUALIZER FOR MULTI DOPPLER FREQUENCY SHIFTS IN OFDM SIGNALS OF LTE AND MCWILL RADIONETWORKS CORRECTIONS

In this paper we based on the maximum likelihood (ML) criterion and derive an estimation algorithm for ICI components.  After  that  we  derive  an  equalizer  scheme, which  performs  ICI  rejection  and  fading  correction. Modeling results have demonstrated that it should be possible to increase subscriber’s movement speed by a factor of 2–2,5 without service quality degradation in the LTE and McWILL networks. It was established, that when McWILL networks working in its basic bands has 3 times higher  subscribers  speeds  upper  limit  then  LTE  networks in its basic bands.

EVALUATION OF MOBILE SUBSCRIBERS’ MOVEMENT SPEED AFFECTING TO THE CONNECTION-LOSS FLOW INTENSITY IN NETWORKS WITH OFDM SIGNALS

Relationships between subscribers’ movement speed and the connection-loss flow intensity were obtained for communication  systems  with  OFDM  signals.  It  was found out that most height intensity of losses flow appeared in the lines with most complicated modulation types (QAM64). It is shown, that for the simplest modulation  types  (QPSK)  impacting  of  subscriber’s  movement are not strong. Also has been shown, that for basic McWILL bands 300…400 MHz there are not significant  influence  at  drop  calls  intensity  from  movement  with speeds less than 100 m/s. At the same time has been shown, that for basic LTE band 2600 MHz drop call rate unacceptably increases on subscriber’s speeds 30 m/s or higher.

MIMO: OPTIMIZATION FOR NUMBER LOGICAL CHANNELS CONTROLLING

In the general framework of approach of the spatial-temporal  processing  of  radio  signals,  which  called  MIMO, was performed the analysis of the effectiveness of controlling the number of logical channels in the presence of a reverse control channel. In the form of a fairly simple algorithm was found a rigorous solution of the nonlinear equation for the optimal number of logical channels. It is established that in the bands below 800 MHz well-known algorithms used in LTE, lose their effectiveness. In such cases, the most effective is the algorithms spatial focusing of the beam of the antennas, which currently supported only in the networks of standard McWILL.

In the conditions of influence of multiple external and internal factors on the development of satellite communication systems, including in the high northern latitudes of  Russia,  known  static  and  dynamic  cost  assessment methods of investment projects efficiency is not using a lot. They give a one-sided assessment of the effectiveness of the limited cost indicators and to assess the efficiency of development, taking into account the totality of influencing  factors.  The  article  proposes  to  opt  for  the most effective option of constructing a satellite communication based on qualitative methods, in particular, expert quailmetry method.

RESEARCH  OF  POSSIBILITY  OF  USE  OF  TRAFFIC  DECLINE ALGORITHM IN FAST ETHERNET NETWORK

Presents an algorithm that allows to reduce the length of  the transmitted code sequence. The task of reducing the volume of traffic on data networks. Block described the algorithm to reduce the traffic, studied the possibility of allocating a token from the General stream of information bits in data transmission network standards, Fast Ethernet standard, analyzed the bandwidth of twisted pair UTP cat.5 for transmission of the token. It is shown that the token is endowed with attributes that distinguish it from the information bits, and the signal can be transmitted over the UTP cable cat. 5, with the possibility of recovery on the receiving side.
