ITU-R: READY TO THE WORLD RADIOCOMMUNICATION CONFERENCE 2015

Analysis of preliminary results of ITU-R Study groups activity toward preparation to the World radiocommunication conference 2015 (WRC-15) is present. Proposals for WRC-15 to provide IMT systems with necessary spectrum in the different frequency bands including 700 MHz are shown. Also this article provide summary of compatibility studies for IMT systems in different bands. Most interested for Russian administration satellite issues are observed. Possible solutions by WRC-15 to provide new spectrum for new technologies used in maritime, aeronautical and land transport applications are listed.

THE ADAPTIVE CLUSTERING ALGORITHM FOR MOBILE WIRELESS SENSOR NETWORKS

In this study, the authors propose a mobility adaptive clustering algorithm for wireless sensor networks with mobile nodes. In the proposed algorithm, a sensor node selects itself as a cluster head based on a Single Point Predictor for the combined criterion prediction. Here, as a combined criterion predicting proposed comprising parameters as connectivity, coverage, mobility and residual energy consumption of all the nodes (Distributed Clustering Algorithm — DCA). A non-cluster-head nodes declare themselves as members of the cluster based on a new value, that value is related to each cluster head, which is used to indicate its suitability for connecting this cluster head or other (Mobility-Based Clustering protocol — MBS). The combination of them together provides a significant increase in the network life-time and stability period of wireless sensor networks. The new algorithm named MACA (Mobility Adaptive Clustering Algorithm is recommended for creation the ground segment of Flying
Ubiquitous Sensor Network.

MANAGED BROADCASTING MECHANISMS IN VEHICULAR AD-HOC NETWORKS VANET

Problems which analyzed in this article relates to safety messages broadcasting in vehicular ad-hoc networks VANET, provided review and classification of currently known broadcasting approaches. Also, it’s proposed new algorithm of controlled messages dissemination trough the network. The main goal of proposed algorithm is to increase an efficient vehicle informing mechanism about roadside accidents, by meaning of decreasing duplicated safety messages count and restriction it’s time to life.

INVESTIGATION OF POSSIBILITY OF APPLYING THE ECHO SIGNALS METHOD IN FIBER OPTIC TRANSMISSION SYSTEMS

The application of wave division and polarization separation technologies in fiber optic transmission systems leads to number of interferences, which are non-correctable using traditional methods that are currently applied in optic transmission systems. Solution can be found in applying adaptive signal processing methods with implementation of algorithms based on optical components. In the article possibility of applying the echo signals method for formalizing a description of linear distortions in OFTS is considered. It is shown that the method can be used in fiber optic transmission systems to design a corrector. And structure of the corrector can be implemented in integrated optics in this case.

WIRELESS SENSOR NETWORKS IN THE LTE HETEROGENEOUS SERVICE ZONE

The worldwide wireless sensor networks, vehicular ad hoc networks and future flying ad hoc networks implementation change the homogeneous LTE service zone to heterogeneous. The new investigation area for heterogeneous service zones is proposed in the paper. The mobile nodes such as LTE terminal, VANET vehicle, flying networks unmanned aerial vehicle considering as a temporary mobile cluster head for sensor network.

LINEAL TRACT OF FIBER-OPTIC TRANSMISSION SYSTEM

In this article we consider the status of lineal tracts of nowadays fiber-optic transmission system (in order of discussion). We note the absence of normalizations lineal tract in general setting which are characteristically for multichannel transmission systems with frequency separation channels. The ways of standardization lineal tracts of newest fiber-optic transmission systems are discussed.

MULTICHANNEL MESSAGE DISTORTION DUE TO PATH IMBALANCE IN LINC AMPLIFIER

It is analyzed multichannel message distortion that occurs during signal amplification in LINC amplifier due to gain and phase imbalance between its branches. Derived formulas can be used to determine path imbalance requirements based on acceptable levels of in-band and out-of-band distortion.
